  We had a bit of a wait for the train after getting the second to last cable car down, but there's a bar which you access down a path at the end of the station platform, which serves food and beer at alright prices. (Saying that, two euros is the most I've paid ever for a mini can of Estrella, but the food looked alright, we only had some olives.) Either way, it passed three quarters of an hour pleasantly.

  It was a bit tapped at first, because we never realised there'd be like, thirty other people in there with us, but we were lucky and got in first, so positioned next to the windows. Suppose some might not want to look out... The view is amazing. Well worth the tenner or so to get a return up and down.

  Quickest way to get to the top of Montserrat. Offers a great view of the split-valley. Looks well maintained and staff is experienced. Standing only, takes about 5 minutes to the top.
